Cinemagic is an affordable and easy-to-use video-on-demand service, where users can stream TV shows and movies over the internet. It is also available across multiple devices.

Do I need to have a dish or a decoder to watch the videos?

No, you do not need to have a dish or a decoder to use the service and watch the videos.

How much does the subscription cost?

The cost of the service for the daily scheme is R5/day, the weekly scheme R15/week and the monthly scheme is R30/month.

How can I subscribe to the "Cinemagic" service?

As a customer, you can subscribe to the service by:
• USSD: dial *117*529#
• Send “OK” to 27820095095 and confirm by SMS (via double opt-in)

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, you will have access to the content until the last day of the current billing cycle. After the current billing cycle ends, you will no longer have access to the service.

How can I cancel my subscription?

As a customer, you can unsubscribe from the service by:

• Send “CANCEL” to 27820095095
• Cancellation via portal

Will I have access to the portal after I have cancelled my subscription?

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the portal until the end of the service. However, you can enjoy the content as long as your eligibility is valid. A user is considered as eligible for the content during the first 1 calendar day after his subscription to the service, without any charge required. After this period of time, a user is eligible for watching videos, upon every successfully charge. A user that hasn’t been charged for a day, can still browse the portal and watch the trailers.

How can I watch videos?

Upon subscription to the service and upon every successful charge, you will receive an SMS with the link to the portal along with your credentials. Tap on the link and access the portal. Find the video you would like to watch and click on the “Watch” button.

What sort of prizes can I win by subscribing to the service?

All the points you upon every successful charge are added in the race for the total prize worth R30 000.
